Exchange & Refund/Return Policy


At Beautify with class  we don’t just sell the best products but offer a unique experience to our customers as well. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer full refund or exchange by easily returning the products to us. Our return date is 30 days after the purchase. However, once that time is up we won’t be able to offer an exchange or a refund. You can return any item except for gifts, those are on the house. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Beautify with class offer free returns, to get a free return label please send us an email to with your order number and the reason for the return and we will send you a label within 1 to 2 business days.


As of Aug 2, 2021, we added a new feature to help our customers be satisfied with our products, you will be able to request a free return label at the time you check out your order it will be a small Non-refundable fee of 2$ for this service charge, even you return the item you will get a refund with less 2$, Please note you could still choose the first option that you will request the return label by an email after you receive the item and not satisfied with the products, that service doesn’t have any additional charges and you will get a full refund after we receive the item back.

There are certain situations where no refunds or replacements are granted:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any gifts sent along with the purchase.
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery
Customers can cancel their order at any time prior to shipping. However, once the order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Return and Refund Policy comes into effect.
Once your package for refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Otherwise contact your credit card company,  as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If however, you still haven’t received the refund please contact your bank. Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
  • To begin the return process, head over to our Returns page to request a return.
  • You’ll find a form that needs to be filled with the order number and the email address associated with the order.
  • After filling those in, you’ll be redirected to a page with all the products from your order. Select the ones you wish to return and click next.
  • In the next page, you’ll need to provide a reason for the return and the quantity. After specifying that information, click next.
  • Choose your refund method and confirm your return order. Wait till you a return confirmation message on the page.
  • Once you’ve notified us about the return of a purchase, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
  • Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method.
  • Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your account.
